Shipping Policy

Bringmeboxes.com ships nationwide. All shipping rates and charges shall be prepaid at checkout by the customer when placing your order. All orders will be shipped next business day from Bringmeboxes.com located in Apopka, FL. Shipping carrier will be UPS with shipping transit times 3 to 5 days.

Delivery Policy

Bringmeboxes.com offers free delivery of packaging supplies within Florida. We deliver to Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa, Florida and in between for free on orders of $99.00 or more. If your order is less than $99.00 a delivery fee will apply. Delivery dates and times can be selected by the customer at checkout. Delivery dates and times are subject to change depending on availability. Bringmeboxes.com will place the items at your front door unless otherwise instructed by the customer. We offer delivery windows for time of arrival. We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. If you have specific instruction’s, gate code or door codes, please indicate that in the order notes section at checkout. If we cannot access a gate or entrance to a building or subdivision, your order will be cancelled and refunded on the delivery day. If this is the case, you will need to place another order for delivery and that order will be delivered on a different day that is available at checkout in the future. 

Return Policy

Bring Me Boxes does not pickup item’s that are needing to be returned. You will need to pay the shipping or delivery costs for the return of any items. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

Bringmeboxes.com sells quality packaging products. But just in case, You can return any item within 30 days from the date you received it to any one of our locations. We do not pickup returns unless you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value and you are placing another order at bringmeboxes.com for delivery or instore pickup and we can return or swap the item at that time. We do not accept returns after 30 days. The item must be unused, unaltered, free from damages and in the same way you received it. We will simply need the receipt to process your return. For orders that were shipped postage, ups, fedex or freight, outside of one of our free delivery zones, the customer is responsible for return shipping and/or freight costs associated with the returning products. If the order you placed was under our $99.00 minimum for free delivery, you will need to return the products to one of our location’s for a refund. We do not refund any delivery or shipping fees associated with your order. If we approve your return, we will refund the purchase within 1 to 3 business days. If you paid by credit card, please allow sufficient time for your credit card company to process the return.
